Return & Refund Policy
We want your order to arrive as expected. If something is wrong with your item or you need return support, contact us at help@linsayraedligns.com within 30 days after delivery.
Return Window
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery for defective and non-defective products.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items should include original packaging and tags when possible.
- Final approval depends on inspection after the return is received.

- Tell us which item you want to return and why.
- Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.
Return Shipping Cost
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will review the case. If the return is for size, preference, or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by our support team.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, email us first. Exchange availability depends on current clearance stock.
